Intrinity is an elevated fitness board and training program designed to build strength, balance and flexibility, coordination and agility. For the first time, In-Trinity® takes the workout off the floor providing access to entirely new movements and completely redefining the training environment.

In-Trinity® Light:
Learn the basic movement patterns in a slower paced class that also teaches one to increase flexibility by using negative space and improve strength by defining your own point of comfort. Class well suited for beginners or those looking to improve total flexibility.

In-Trinity® Tone:
Use more movement patterns and begin learning more advanced options. This class will explore more intuitive movement as you become more comfortable with the In-Trinity® board. Class taught at an intermediate pace, but basic options are always available. * (+) indicates class will be taught at an intermediate to advanced pace with more strength-based options and sequences.
