Family Fitness Fridays

Join our best trainers and fitness coaches for a fun filled hour that is designed to get both you and your kids moving. Play fun fitness games, while you and your kids challenge each other! Don’t have kids, no problem, we have worked out several options to make sure you are getting in a great workout too. Remember, these workouts are outdoors so we encourage bringing a yoga mat, if possible. These workouts are FREE, but we do need all participants to register before class. It is a good idea to get to class 10 min early to register. Pre-registration at the park district is encouraged, but on site will be accepted. Proof of age for children may be required. No children under 8 years old.
