As our programs grow, so does our need for coaches. The more coaches we have, the more teams can be formed, and the more each individual child can participate!

Job Description:

The coach should be a sincere, caring individual who can share a few hours a week for practices and games. He/she should also have some knowledge of the sport, serve as a positive role model who encourages good sportsmanship, be safety conscious, have patience and enthusiasm, and most of all, make sure everyone is having a great time!

Benefits:

Is there any better feeling than knowing that you will be rewarded throughout the season as the kids learn from you as well as spending time with your child and being a positive influence on your whole team. If that isn’t enough, each head coach will receive a team plaque.

Coach’s Meeting:

All volunteers will be required to attend a coach’s meeting on 11/27, where we will give you some guidelines and an informational packet that will help you while coaching your Park District team.
