Rental Information:
Rentals will not be reserved without full payment, maintenance deposit and renter's signature on the contract. Renters must be 25 years or older. A 10% service charge will be deducted from all refund requests. There is a $100 maintenance deposit on the Barrington Room, Gym, Jewel Tea Pavilion, The Lodge and the Pepper Family Treehouse. Rental Hours Langendorf Building - 9:00am to 10:00pm Outdoor Facilities - i.e. shelters, treehouse, etc. 9:00am to Dusk Lodge and Jewel Tea Pavilion - 9:00am - 9:30pm No smoking is permitted in any Park Facility. Alcohol is restricted and only permitted in the Jewel Tea Pavilion, Lodge and Barrington Room. Special fees and application forms are required. See below or call the main office for further information. Failure to adhere to this policy forfeits your deposit check and criminal charges may apply.
