Location: Depart F&RC – Lobby for Chicago, IL
Chicago’s breathtaking houses of worship tell the story of the city’s rich cultural history as well as our diverse population. Visit Chicago’s oldest and most beautiful churches, emphasizing architecture, immigrant life, the effect of The Great Chicago Fire and the dynamic changes within the city’s population. Tour includes St. Patrick’s Cathedral (oldest in the state), First United Methodist Church (tallest in the world) and the Greek Orthodox Annunciation (Gold Coast). Lunch will be a polish buffet.
Transportation is provided via mini bus.

Trip Policies & Cancellations
Suggested Ages for Trips
Adult/Active trips are appropriate for anyone ages 18 and over.
Mature Adult trips are most appropriate for ages 55 and up,but all adults are welcome.
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center – lobby unless otherwise noted. Departure times are set and abided by. If changes occur, participants will be notified by phone. Return times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
1: The trip is cancelled by the Barrington Park District.
2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date (if one is listed), then the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
