DESCRIPTION:Sec.#\nDay\nDate\nTime\nFee\n\n\n01\nFri.\n11/4\n9:00 – 11:30am\n$22/$27\n\n\n\nWith the busy holiday season upon us\, it’s time to relax\, take a deep breath and be thankful for everything around us. Come join our Preschool Teacher and Yoga Instructor\, Ms. Emily and give your child a beginner’s introduction to yoga\, mindfulness and meditation! \nWe will start the day inside with play-based themed stations\, an interactive circle time with music and movement and then a yoga “thankfulness” themed story with a mini yoga session. Weather permitting we will try and get outside for some fresh air and gross motor skill time.  All activities will be new and different from previous one-day yoga camps. \nThe Barrington Park District will provide yoga mats or you can also bring one from home. Please send your child in comfortable clothing that they can easily move around in (no dresses or skirts please)\, a nut-free snack and a water bottle with their name on it.
