SUMMARY:Day Trip: Wisconsin’s Wine\, Cheese and Mustard! Southwestern Wisconsin
DESCRIPTION:Sec.#\nDay\nDate\nTime\nFee\n\n\n01\nThur.\n4/25\n7:30am – 7:30pm\n$70/$75 (1 day)\n\n\n\nTravel with us through the lovely countryside of southwestern Wisconsin. Our first stop will be the Mustard Museum where we will take a guided tour and have time to learn about the history of mustard and have some delicious tastings along the way. We then venture off to Wisconsin’s award-winning Wollersheim Winery which is located in the beautiful hillsides of Wisconsin overlooking the Wisconsin River. At the winery\, we will tour the grounds and have a tasting of 3 of their wines. Lunch will be at their bistro with your choice of a large ½ sandwich of ham\, turkey or roast beef along with chips\, cookie and water. You will have time to shop for your favorite wines before we head off to the Mouse House Cheese House for shopping to go with your wine. Extensive walking involved with this trip. Registration deadline: February 28 (spaces permitting). Transportation provided via Park District van. \nRegistration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 12/7 for residents and 12/14 for non-residents. \nRegister Now \n  \nTrip Policies & Cancellations \nSuggested Ages for Trips\nAdult/Active trips are appropriate for anyone ages 18 and over.\nMature Adult trips are most appropriate for ages 55 and up\, but all adults are welcome. \nPick-up/Drop-off Times\nPick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center – lobby unless otherwise noted. Departure times are set and abided by. If changes occur\, participants will be notified by phone. Return times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time. \nRefunds\nRefunds are only given under the following conditions:\n1: The trip is cancelled by the Barrington Park District.\n2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.\n3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.\nIf we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date (if one is listed)\, then the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
