Led by a BPD Certified Personal Trainer\, this class teaches the basics of Suspension Training for total body resistance. TRX™ is a great option for anyone\, from athletes to seniors\, who want to improve their overall fitness without the need for machines\, barbells\, dumbbells or other implements. \nTRX™ Fundamentals will cover the basics of the suspension trainer using the seven TRX™ foundational movement patterns: squat\, pull\, hinge\, push\, lunge\, rotate and plank. \n\nRegister Now  \nRegistration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 4/4 for residents and 4/11 for non-residents.
