Stroll the herbaceous border gardens\, relax at the Japanese Garden and watch her stunning model train layouts glide through the botanical gardens within this hidden Barrington private treasure. After\, enjoy a delicious lunch at the Onion Pub with your choice of soup and entrée. Finish the trip at Sanfilippo Estates\, a docent-guided tour through the American Orchestrion Room\, with some of the most beautiful art glass-front orchestrions ever made. Then on to the Victorian Bar room with stops in the Music Theater for a mini-concert and finally to the building that houses the Eden Palais Carousel. Thus\, ending with some of the most exquisite music machines in the world. Moderate walking involved with this trip. Registration deadline: August 23 (spaces permitting). DESCRIPTION:Sec.#\nDay\nDate\nTime\nFee\n\n\n01\nWed.\n9/13\n1:30pm – End of Game\nTBD\n\n\n\nWe are heading to the legendary Club 400 in Lake in the Hills for the 2:20pm Cubs vs. Rockies game. Club 400 is a 2\,300 square-foot event space dedicated to the Chicago Cubs and operated as a non-profit charity that fosters a community of Cub fans looking to help others in times of great need. The space is filled with memorabilia and photo opportunities sure to capture the heart of any true Cub’s fan. We will watch the game\, sing the 7th inning stretch\, dine on delicious fare and enjoy this cool venue. There are stairs to get into the space. How can Seymour acquire fresh blood for his plant while saving the love of his life from her evil dentist boyfriend? Music and lyrics by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken.
