We start our day aboard the Vista King for a 60-minute tour of the Milwaukee river front. After the tour\, we will walk across the street to Mader’s German Restaurant for an authentic lunch. Following lunch\, we will walk over to Usinger’s Famous Sausage deli market and the Wisconsin Cheese Mart to shop for some tasty treats to take home. Registration deadline: June 28 (spaces permitting). Transportation provided via Park District van.  \n  \nRegister Now \n  \n  \nTrip Policies & Cancellations \nSuggested Ages for Trips\nAdult/Active trips are appropriate for anyone ages 18 and over.\nMature Adult trips are most appropriate for ages 55 and up\, but all adults are welcome. \nPick-up/Drop-off Times\nPick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center – lobby unless otherwise noted. Departure times are set and abided by. If changes occur\, participants will be notified by phone. Return times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time. \nRefunds\nRefunds are only given under the following conditions:\n1: The trip is cancelled by the Barrington Park District.\n2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.\n3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.\nIf we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date (if one is listed)\, then the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. We begin with a Farmer’s Lunch at The Machine Shed. Enjoy fried chicken\, meat loaf\, all the “fixins”\, and top it off with a slice of fruit pie. We then journey on to Deitricks’ Alpaca Ranch. Come and enjoy the “alpaca lifestyle” on a 50 acre farm in scenic Prophetstown\, Illinois. These 72 gentle and curious alpacas will delight and charm as you feed\, learn\, and play. You can also peruse the ranch store for yarn\, hats\, scarves\, and other fun items. Registration deadline: July 14 (spaces permitting).
