K.E.E.P. Before/After School Program
Registration is currently closed for any NEW families (please see below). Only families who were initially enrolled for the K.E.E.P. 2020/2021 School Year Program (registered between 2/18/20 – 7/21/20) may submit their online registration by clicking the child’s K.E.E.P. After School Care location below. Online registration closes Monday, August 3 at 9:00pm and will re-open for NEW families on Wednesday, August 5 based on availability. General registration for the K.E.E.P. program closes on Monday, August 13 at 9:00pm.

5, 3-days or a Wednesday only option, a variety of activities, which may include outside play, arts and crafts, S.T.E.M. activities, large motor skill activities and homework time. A light snack is offered.

A.M./P.M. Program Deposits & Registration Fees Due:
Program Options and Fees: A 5-day, 3-day and Wednesday Only option will be available for K.E.E.P. After School. Session fees will be paid in full at the time of registration and are based on the total number of school days in the session. There is a 10% sibling discount for each additional child. Child must reside in the same household. Discount will automatically be applied when registering online. Program fees are as follows:

Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received, for the Fall session, following the August 3rd registration deadline. Sorry, no exceptions. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a program closure.
Transportation and Bussing: In an effort to create static educational and after school environments, and contain potential exposure, children will be required to attend K.E.E.P. at the school in which they attend during the school day. There will NOT be transportation to different K.E.E.P. Before and After School sites. Children will not be bussed to their “home school” to attend K.E.E.P. Before and After School Program.
If attending Barbara Rose, contact the South Barrington Park District for after school care. If attending Sunny Hill, contact the Boys and Girls Club for after school care.
When selecting multiple days for the 5-Day and 3-Day program options, you can either click and drag your cursor over the days you wish to select, or hold the “Ctrl” button while clicking each day.
Program Policies: K.E.E.P. After School Program will follow District 220, DCEO and IDPH Before/After School guidelines and policies in regards to face coverings, group size, social distancing, etc. Program policies and procedures are subject to change based on recommended state and local guidelines.

When Barrington School District 220 has a scheduled day-off of school there is no K.E.E.P. program held at the individual elementary schools. The Barrington Park District offers an optional Day-Off Program at Langendorf Park for those students who are currently enrolled in K.E.E.P.. There is an additional registration and fee. We do NOT offer programs on days where school is closed due to inclement weather and/or emergencies.
