In the Pride Lands of Africa, a lion rules as king. Join Skyline Studios and the Barrington Park District to act, dance, and sing. The Circle of Life starts with you. Roar like a lion or squawk like Zazu! Hakuna Matata to a land afar, make new friends and shine like a star!
Join Skyline Studios and let your creativity take flight in The Lion King Jr.! Jump into the magical world of musical theater by exploring acting, singing and choreography in preparation for the show. By the end of class, you’ll be ready to take center stage and shine as one of the stars in The Lion King. Each cast member will receive rehearsal music and script for practice at home. Final show will be either Tuesday, April 11th or Wednesday, April 12th. Please note: there will be a ticket fee for the final show.
The Lion King Jr. Expectations
Please help your child practice and memorize at home so your actor feels confident on stage. Please be prompt in arrival and dismissal times. All rehearsals are closed (no parents or guests watching). Actors are required to bring their scripts to every rehearsal. There will be no refunds after the first week of classes.
