TRX: TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This 45-minute class combines TRX training with traditional strength and core exercises using dumbbells, bands and body weight.
Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a meditative yoga practice that focuses on holding 5-10 asanas (yoga poses) per class. This type of yoga is very relaxing, using props like bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps to deepen into poses. Restorative yoga can help achieve benefits like increased relaxation, improved sleep, better mood and flexibility. This is a perfect class to take after a long day at work or before bed!
