Create your own special dishes that highlight Valentine’s Day (sec.# 01), St. Patrick’s Day (sec.# 02) and Easter (sec.# 03). You’ll learn about cooking, utensils, safety and basic food preparation by following simple recipes and eating your creations for dinner! Gluten and dairy products will be prepared and consumed in this class. The class is peanut-free, however, some foods may be manufactured in a peanut facility.
