Join us for our spa themed yoga class! We will be guided by Instructor Patty, who will whisk us away to a calm, relaxing place. The practice will use spa scents like lavender and rose, music with water sounds, and we will have a healthy but indulgent snack at the end of the journey. We will also welcome a special guest for a mini spa treatment!
