Build core strength, improve flexibility and deepen your mind-body connection with this Mat Pilates Series. Led by Glenna, Certified PhysicalMind and Fitness Arts Mat Pilates Instructor, this class focuses on Pilates fundamentals such as the Hundred, Roll-Up and Single-Leg Stretch, with special attention to breathing, control and proper form.
Whether you’re just starting your Pilates journey or looking to refine your technique, this class offers a supportive and effective full-body workout for all fitness levels.
