2026 Nanny Pass

A Nanny Pass is available for nannies, live-in summer sitters or are summer help. This pass must be purchased along with the family pool pass of the residence they are working for (no exceptions). Nannies who live in the home year-round must have proof of residency to be considered part of the family and to be included in the family pass rate. If residency CANNOT be proven, the $139 rate will be applied.
Pool Pass Rules
- Pool passes are valid from opening day until August 23 (season may be extended depending on staffing).
- Family refers to members spouse/partner and children that reside at the same address. Adults over 21 must provide proof of address.
- Pool passes must be purchased at the F&RC building in person. Pool pass registration forms can be found on the website or in person.
- Proof of residency is required to receive in-district rates and must be presented
at time of registration. - ALL ADULTS in the same household must prove residency to be included on the FAMILY pool pass. No exceptions.
- For both in and out-of-district patrons, proof of residency within the same household may be validated by a current driver’s license, state id, passport,
utility bill, tax bill, lease/rental agreement, etc. - All family members must have their photo taken for the pool pass.
- Children 2 years and younger are not required to have a pool pass, but should be listed in your family’s household.
- Previous pool pass holders do not require a new pool pass ID; previous years pass will be reactivated upon registration.
- All persons entering the pool, including spectators, must pay the daily fee or present their pool pass.
Pool Pass Rules
Safety is our top priority. Kraken Cove may temporarily close due to severe weather or mechanical issues.
Raincheck Eligibility (Paid DAILY Admission Only)
If Kraken Cove is closed for more than one hour due to weather or mechanical issues, guests may be eligible for a raincheck if ALL of the following apply:
• You must have paid daily admission and provide your receipt with the date of purchase on day of closure
• You must have been at the facility for less than two hours before the closure decision was made
• Rainchecks must be requested the day of the closure, before leaving Kraken Cove
Important Notes
• No raincheck will be issued without a receipt
• Rainchecks are issued one time only
• Rainchecks will not be reissued if lost or misplaced
