Give yourself the gift of relaxation this holiday season in a lovely setting at the lodge in Citizens Park. Enjoy 60-minutes of blissful poses and guided mediation, as your mind & body unwind. Find new energy through breath-work and deep stretches guaranteed to give you a more restful night’s sleep, ready to calmly take on the week ahead. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Stay after class to enjoy the spirit of the season with light refreshments and snacks.
