Day Trip: Out & About: Royal Oaks Farm

There is a lot to do at Royal Oaks Farm in Hebron, including having a great lunch! Lunch is self-pay. Please view the menu at www.royaloak.farm and indicate at time of registration if you plan to order their famous pot pie for lunch (it takes at least one hour to prepare, and they’ll have it ready when we get there). All other meal choices can be ordered the day of the trip. After lunch, you can visit the Gift Shop, Apple Barn or Harvest Barn. Shop gourmet jarred items, mixes, coffees, teas, candies, snacks, fresh picked apples, cider, fall decor, clothing, candles and home items. Registration deadline: September 21 (spaces permitting).Transportation provided via Park District van.
Trip Policies & Cancellations
Suggested Ages for Trips
Adult/Active trips are appropriate for anyone ages 18 and over.
Mature Adult trips are most appropriate for ages 55 and up, but all adults are welcome.
Pick-up/Drop-off Times
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center – lobby unless otherwise noted. Departure times are set and abided by. If changes occur, participants will be notified by phone. Return times may vary depending on traffic or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
1: The trip is cancelled by the Barrington Park District.
2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date (if one is listed), then the trip will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
