Confused about what and how much to eat? Join Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach Connor for Dieting Made Easy, a practical and informative nutrition workshop designed to take the guesswork out of eating for your goals. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose visceral fat or simply fuel your body more effectively, you’ll walk away with the tools you need to succeed.
You’ll learn how to calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and daily calorie needs based on your activity level. Connor will also introduce the concept of macronutrients – what they are, why they matter and how understanding the basics can support your fitness goals. You’ll gain a better understanding of how to eat to support your workouts, recover properly and see results. This is not about dieting trends or extremes—it’s about simple, sustainable choices that make sense for your body and lifestyle.
Each participant will receive a macro and BMR worksheet and have the opportunity to ask questions about their own routine and goals. Optional: bring a day’s food log for feedback. Perfect for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed by nutrition advice or ready to take their training to the next level. (Min/Max: 4/40).
The last 15 minutes is for Q&A, so be sure to bring your questions!
