Day Trip: Holiday Party with our Co-Op Friends

Join us for a lively brunch with holiday entertainment featuring Erik Donner while overlooking the beautiful views of Crystal Lake from Main Beach Pavilion. We will gather with friends from Crystal Lake and Cary Park Districts, McHenry Parks and Recreation and the Village of Lake in the Hills to ring in the holiday season. A catered brunch of sweet and savory dishes from local restaurants including a soup and baked potato bar with coffee and lemonade, plus a cash bar will be available for soda, mixed drinks, beer and wine. Bring your dollar bills for a chance to win the Pot of Gold for the event. ($1 tickets will be available for purchase the day of the event. You must be present to win.) Do not miss out on this annual holiday event full of food, games, raffles and entertainment. Minimal walking is involved with this trip. Registration/cancellation deadline: November 13 (space permitting). Transportation is provided via Park District van.
Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 8/19 for residents and 8/22 for non-residents.
Trip Information
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center lobby unless otherwise noted. Listed trip times are approximate. A detailed itinerary will be emailed at least 48 hours before the trip. Return times may vary depending on traffic and/or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
1: The trip is canceled by the Barrington Park District.
2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
4: If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date.
No cancellations/refunds will be accepted after the Registration/cancellation deadline listed for each trip.
All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
