Day Trip: Holiday Party with our Co-Op Friends

Join us for a lively brunch and holiday entertainment featuring the holiday Dueling Pianos of Peter and Tom while overlooking the beautiful view of Crystal Lake at the Main Beach Pavilion. We will be joining Crystal Lake and Barrington Park Districts, McHenry Parks and Recreation and The Village of Lake in the Hills as we gather with old friends and new to ring in the holiday season. Enjoy a catered brunch of sweet and savory fare from local restaurants with coffee and lemonade. A cash bar is available (beer, wine and soda). Bring your dollar bills for the chance to win the Pot of Gold. ($1 tickets are available for purchase the day of the event and you can purchase up to 5 tickets to win the final pot. You must be present to win.) Don’t miss out on this annual holiday event full of raffles, games, brunch and entertainment. Minimal walking is involved with this trip.
Registration/cancellation deadline: November 13 (spaces permitting). Transportation provided via Park District van.
Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 8/8 for residents and 8/14 for non-residents.
Trip Information
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center lobby unless otherwise noted. Listed trip times are approximate. A detailed itinerary will be emailed at least 48 hours before the trip. Return times may vary depending on traffic and/or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
1: The trip is canceled by the Barrington Park District.
2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
4: If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date.
No cancellations/refunds will be accepted after the Registration/cancellation deadline listed for each trip.
All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
