Experience an unforgettable adventure showcasing the ecological significance of the Horicon Marsh, the largest freshwater cattail marsh in the U.S. Enjoy the amazing opportunity for bird watching and wildlife while connecting with the natural environment. While waiting for your tour at the Visitor Center, take in the exhibit on the history of the Marsh. Following Horicon Marsh, we will venture over to Cedarburg, WI to spend time shopping and enjoy lunch on your own. Extensive walking is involved with this trip. Registration/cancellation deadline: August 20 (spaces permitting). Transportation provided via Park District van.
Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 8/8 for residents and 8/14 for non-residents.

Trip Information
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center lobby unless otherwise noted. Listed trip times are approximate. A detailed itinerary will be emailed at least 48 hours before the trip. Return times may vary depending on traffic and/or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
 1: The trip is canceled by the Barrington Park District.
 2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
 3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
 4: If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date.
No cancellations/refunds will be accepted after the Registration/cancellation deadline listed for each trip.
All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
