Created by a U.S. Navy SEAL, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
TRXâ„¢ Fundamentals (TRXâ„¢ stands for Total Resistance Exercises) is a class designed to introduce participants to Suspension Training fitness. Led by a BPD Certified Personal Trainer, this class teaches the basics of Suspension Training for total body resistance. TRXâ„¢ is a great option for anyone, from athletes to seniors, who want to improve their overall fitness without the need for machines, barbells, dumbbells or other implements.
TRXâ„¢ Fundamentals will cover the basics of the suspension trainer using the seven TRXâ„¢ foundational movement patterns: squat, pull, hinge, push, lunge, rotate and plank.
Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 4/4 for residents and 4/11 for non-residents.
