As the season of thanks begins, take time to slow down, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters. Join Amy and Julie for a special 75-minute yoga class centered on the theme of gratitude—an uplifting and nurturing experience designed to open the heart, calm the mind and restore the body.

Through gentle movement, breathwork and intentional pauses for reflection, this class will help you cultivate a deeper sense of appreciation—both on and off the mat. Expect a thoughtful blend of grounding poses, mindful stretches and moments of stillness, ending with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling peaceful, centered and recharged.

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a meaningful way to step into the month of gratitude with presence and intention. All levels welcome.
