- Restrooms are located at the Pavilion by kite table and event headquarters.
- Event Headquarters (Lost & Found, First Aid, Event Registration) is located at the Pavilion by kite table.
- In case of lost child, find 1 of 3 staff members wearing an orange shirt or go to a registration tent/table. All booths will be notified via text message and will stop all activities until child is located. No one will be admitted into the even during this time. Event staff are trained to sweep entire park. If sweep is unsuccessful, staff will call 911.
- In case of emergency, find 1 of 3 staff members wearing an orange shirt or go to a registration tent/table. First aid is located at the Event Headquarters.
