For Ages: 14 years and up

Find new energy through breath-work and deep stretches guaranteed to give you a more restful night’s sleep, ready to calmly take on the week ahead. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat to class.  Stay after class to enjoy the spirit of the season with light refreshments and snacks.
