For Ages: 40 years and up

Don’t let pain from inflammation take over your life. Staying active is KEY to help manage the discomfort from arthritis, RA or Osteoarthritis. We will perform various stretches, movements and weight training examples to help keep our bodies strong and active. We will also talk about foods that cause inflammation and should be consumed sparingly.

For Ages: 14 years and up

Enjoy 60-minutes of blissful poses and guided mediation, as your mind & body unwind. Find new energy through breath-work and deep stretches guaranteed to give you a more restful night’s sleep, ready to calmly take on the week ahead. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels.

We are mixing two of our favorites! Join us for a very special PiYo class taught by our very own Dana Daniel. Stick around after for a glass of wine and relax. Invite a friend, and come experience a workout that is Yoga influenced, but also tones, firms and lifts in all the right places!

Tai Chi Master Class

For Ages: 14 years and up

Please join Tai Chi instructor Patricia Tooren, for a wonderful flow of technique, passion and energy. The flowing movements of tai chi contain much inner strength, like water flowing in a river, beneath the tranquil surface there is a current with immense power... the power for healing and wellness.
