Athletics: Junior Tennis - Beginner/Advanced Beginner by LOVE Tennis (Winter/Spring)

Beginner* – Emphasis is on hand-eye coordination, basic motor skills and having fun! Games that are tennis related will be used to develop basic strokes and racquet skills using age appropriate equipment.
Adv. Beg.* – This class is a great fit for students who have had some basic instruction, but need further review of fundamentals. Players will be introduced to basic stroke mechanics, footwork and racquet skills. Scoring and rules will be introduced. Age appropriate equipment will be used. *Players will be separated by skill level

Prorating and Rain Make-Up Policies
Tennis classes will not be prorated. Those who cannot complete a class due to injury/health reasons may receive a prorated refund after submitting a doctor’s note. To find out whether your class has been canceled due to rain, please call the Barrington Park District’s RainOut line at (847) 268-2268.
