The Fitness Center staff has expanded over 30% with additional Fitness Desk Attendants, Certified Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors. Our Personal Training team holds a broad range of specializations including: Behavior Change Science, Biomechanics, Cancer Exercise, Corrective Exercise, Functional Aging, Lifestyle and Weight Management, and Nutrition. We’ve added over a dozen new group fitness classes, such as WERQ, STRONG 30™, SOULfusion™, Barre, Buns ‘n Guns and Step ‘n Strength and additional yoga formats including All Levels, Chair and Restorative. Our instructors routinely modify exercises on-the-fly to ensure that every participant is safe, challenged and successful!
