Party Information
The Park District offers a variety of birthday party packages. Each party package includes a two-hour party with themed activities and an instructor for the first hour. You supply the food, paper goods and guests; we’ll supply the fun!
• Party packages include a 3-hour room rental. (1/2 hour set-up, 2 hour party, 1/2 hour clean-up).
• Maximum is 40 guests (children and adults). If more than 40 guests, your party will be considered a private rental.
• Dates are not “held”. Full payment and signed application are required at the time of reservation.
• A $100 security deposit is required for those making payment by personal check.
• The security deposit will be “waived” and the $100 check shredded after the event, provided the room has been left in the same condition it was found and that all rules were followed.
• There is a non-refundable fee of $50 for all parties that are canceled. All cancelations must be in writing at least 7 days in advance.
• A two-week booking notice is required for all parties.
• A party package may be reserved for weekends ONLY.
Parties
Tot Time Gym Party
AGES: 1 – 3 YEARS
Enjoy a supervised fun open gym time with stories, songs, parachute games, bubbles and more! Our instructor will lead the guest of honor and friends through a themed obstacle course with music, movement and dancing. Mats, wedges, etc., provide for a fun, safe environment in our tot time gym room. Parents can observe the fun from the adjoining party room. Instructor: BPD Staff.

Lego Parties
AGES: 3 – 15 YEARS
USEL/Chasewood Learning offers exciting and fun hands-on birthday parties centered around robotics! Choose from two party options!
LEGO Robotics Party
Robotics is a fun hands-on activity where kids make small robotic projects that move and make sounds. Children work together in small groups to build and program projects using LEGOs, motors, gears and pulleys. These parts that make up robots are used to create a robotic soccer kicker and goalie, a robotic chomping crocodile and more!
LEGO Battlebots Party
Battlebots is an exciting activity where competition robots go head-to-head, attempting to push each other off of a sumo mat. Children will work together in teams to create basic motorized robots using LEGO parts. These robots are built to block, push and disable other robots in a fun and friendly competition!

Wacky Games Party
AGES: 4 – 7 YEARS
Wacky Games party is a fun-filled experience full of high-energy games and activities such as red light/green light, silly soccer, no-hand kickball, circle games and freeze dance. All games and activities are inclusive, ensuring your kids will have a wacky good time! Instructor: BPD Staff.

Royal Parties
AGES: 4 – 10 YEARS
Treat your little prince or princess to a magical birthday they’ll never forget! These enchanting parties are filled with crafts, games, and delightful activities fit for royalty and a real character! Choose from two whimsical party experiences below. (Max: 15 children).
Enchanted Moments Party
An elegant celebration filled with storybook charm and royal fun! This party includes a warm meet and greet and photo time with the character, followed by glitter tattoos and an energetic sing-along and dance party. Guests will participate in a twirl and curtsy princess lesson and take the Royal Pledge, where the birthday child receives a real tiara and an official certificate. The character will read a special story aloud, gifting the birthday child an autographed copy of the book, followed by a fun, themed princess game to round out the celebration. Add a second character for just $130. Character will visit your party for 45 minutes.

Royal Dreams Celebration
Your celebration begins with a meet and greet and photo time with the character. Guests will enjoy dazzling glitter tattoos and a lively sing-along and dance party. The birthday child and their royal guests will learn to twirl and curtsy in a royal lesson, followed by the official Royal Pledge, where the birthday child receives a real tiara and personalized certificate. Each child will receive a small ribbon wand and enjoy a fun sticker activity. The character will read a magical story, and the birthday child will receive an autographed copy of the book. A themed royal game keeps the fun going, and the character will present the birthday child with a special gift to remember their big day. Add a second character for just $130.
Character will visit your party for 60 minutes.

SuperSports Party by 5 Star Sports
AGES: 5 – 12 YEARS
Coaches will lead birthday child and friends in sporting activities such as basketball, dodgeball, soccer, floor hockey and more. Party package NOT available December – April. Instructor: 5 Star Sports.

$250/$312 (10 – 25 kids)

Treehouse Adventures
AGES: 4 – 7 YEARS
At the Pepper Family Treehouse at Citizens Park, you’ll enjoy a theme-related interactive story, a scavenger hunt and other activities. Themes are Dinosaur, Pirate, Princess and Jungle. Party package available from April 1 – Oct. 31 ONLY and is available on Saturdays and Sundays; 11:30am – 1:30pm, 1:30 – 3:30pm or 3:30 – 5:30pm. (Max: 20 children).

NERF Battle Party
AGES: 8 – 11 YEARS
Coaches will transform the gym into an arena for kids to battle and play fun competitive games. NERF has many benefits including teamwork, exercise, disciplined fun and learning to balance competition with good sportsmanship. Each child MUST have eye protection to participate. They may bring their own guns, but we will provide extra NERF guns and the “ammo” in order to prevent losing their own equipment. Party package NOT available December – April. Instructor: 5 Star Sports.
