SMART Goal Setting
Learn how to design your own SMART goals to overcome mental hurdles. The 5 components of SMART goals are: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound. Defining these parameters helps ensure that your objectives are attainable within a certain timeframe.
Maximizing Gut Health
Learn how the gut impacts the body, including: health conditions such as arthritis, cancer, heart disease, depression, mental health, obesity, metabolism, sleep and even athletic performance.
Nourishing Your Body
Now that you’ve learned how to set realistic, attainable goals and you have an understanding of the gut and microbiome, discover how to make positive choices in the grocery store, as well as how to choose healthy and delicious snacks and meals and learn the importance of food prepping.
Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 12/1 for residents and 12/8 for non-residents.
