Join us as we travel to the beautiful Cadillac Palace Theater to see one of the most beautiful and spectacular productions in history. Spaces are limited so don’t miss your chance to “listen to the music of the night.” Phantom of the Opera is back to thrill Chicago audiences. Andrew Lloyd Webber’s romantic, haunting and soaring score includes “The Music of the Night,” “All I Ask of You,” “Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again,” “Masquerade” and the iconic title song. It tells the tale of a disfigured musical genius known only as ‘The Phantom’ who haunts the depths of the Paris Opera House. Mesmerized by the talents and beauty of a young soprano, Christine, The Phantom lures her as his protégé and falls fiercely in love with her. Unaware of Christine’s love for Raoul, The Phantom’s obsession sets the scene for a dramatic turn of events where jealousy, madness and passions collide. You will be able to select from a variety of local restaurants to enjoy a self pay lunch in Chicago before the show begins. All sales are final on this trip. Moderate walking is involved with this trip. Registration deadline: January 14 (spaces permitting).
Trip Information
Pick-up/drop-off location is at the Park District Fitness and Recreation Center lobby unless otherwise noted. Listed trip times are approximate. A detailed itinerary will be emailed at least 48 hours before the trip. Return times may vary depending on traffic and/or weather conditions; we make every attempt to return by the designated time.
Refunds
Refunds are only given under the following conditions:
1: The trip is canceled by the Barrington Park District.
2: The person asking for a refund finds a replacement for the trip.
3: The Park District has a waiting list and is able to sell your ticket.
4: If we have not met our registration minimum by the deadline date.
No cancellations/refunds will be accepted after the Registration/cancellation deadline listed for each trip.
All payments are required in full at time of registration. Please notify the Park District in advance if any special ADA or dietary accommodations are needed for the trip.
