Looking for unique workouts that are coached by a certified Fitness Coach? Change it up, and work with a group under the instruction of a trainer. Work in a small group and use fun, innovative equipment such as battle ropes, kettle bells, and so much more.

One-on-One Personal Training

Having a one-on-one personal trainer is a great way to get results. Your trainer will design a program specifically for your needs. Our passionate trainers have you in mind.

One Hour Sessions

1 – 10 $50 / $55 (Expires in 90 Days)
11 – 20 $45 / $50 (Expires in 120 Days)

Payment plans available, EFT option only. $150 minimum down payment required. Restrictions apply. Sessions may not be broken into halves for any reason. See Fitness Center Staff for details.

30 Minute Sessions

Partner Training

Its back! Grab your pal and achieve your goals together! Both participants must be current Fitness Center members in good standing. Both participants must purchase the same amount of sessions and must come together for sessions. If one partner misses a session, they forfeit the session. No make up sessions allowed.
