Gentle Yoga (Winter/Spring)

For Ages: 16 years and up

Whether you are new to yoga or want a class that focuses on flexibility, strength and stress-release at a more relaxed pace, this class is for you! You will learn basic Hatha yoga postures while concentrating on proper body alignment, stretching, mindful breathing and balance. Tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you gain mind/body awareness, increase stamina and restore your sense of well-being. All levels are welcome, including those with limitations due to pain or mobility.

For Ages: 10 - 15 years

Teens, you now have a yoga class dedicated just to you! Reduce the stress of everyday school and social life, boost self-confidence, tone and shape your body, and improve your health and well-being. Yoga Challenge (Winter/Spring)

For Ages: 16 years and up

Take your yoga workout up a notch! More challenging options and techniques help you learn how to effectively strengthen the abs and low back, tone the upper and lower body, and achieve a deeper flexibility level. It is recommended to have at least 1 session of Yoga Light before joining this yoga workout.

Yoga Jr. (Winter/Spring)

For Ages: 7 - 10 Years

Let your child channel their energy into this fun, but relaxing Yoga class made just for a younger crowd. Your child will learn basic yoga poses, stretching and breathing, but with a less concentrated atmosphere than a tradition Yoga workout. This is a great class for any child who is high energy, or even one who doesn't care for team sports!

Yoga Tone (Winter/Spring)

For Ages: 16 years and up

The ultimate Yoga experience for someone who is looking for a more strength based yoga class. Use weights, and more strength-based poses for a Yoga experience different from traditional Yoga. Tone, firm and lengthen your muscles while still practicing yoga poses and techniques. Classes may include stability balls and/or bands. Taught at an intermediate to advanced pace.
