Candlelit Yoga (Fall)

For Ages: 14 years and up

Give yourself the gift of relaxation this holiday season in a lovely setting at the lodge in Citizens Park. Enjoy 60-minutes of blissful poses and guided mediation, as your mind & body unwind. Find new energy through breath-work and deep stretches guaranteed to give you a more restful night’s sleep, ready to calmly take on the week ahead. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels.

Group Training for CPR/AED and First Aid

For Ages: Adult

This is the perfect class for teachers or staff members who need to be certified but are on a budget. Based on your requirements, this group training class can be for Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED, First Aid or a Combo Class. Groups must have at least 6 participants and a maximum of 12. Each group will be given one training manual to take home, but everyone will receive access to free digital course materials.

Private Drum Lessons (Fall)

For Ages: 4 - 5 years, and 6 years & up

These one-on-one private lessons are designed for beginner (ages 4-5), intermediate and advanced students. All styles, including rock, jazz, funk and blues are taught. If interested, students can also learn Mallet Percussion.

Puppy/Dog Obedience & Training (Fall)

For Ages: 10 years and up

These classes emphasize a positive approach to behavior modification at home as well as in the show ring. The instructor only uses the most compassionate and motivational methods of training. Your dog will learn only by positive and gentle reinforcement.

Semi Private Dog Obedience & Training (Fall)

For Ages: 10 years and up

Semi-private dog obedience allows for more time to focus on issues, obedience, and concerns you may have. Yoga Challenge (Fall)

For Ages: 16 years & up

Take your yoga workout up a notch! More challenging options and techniques help you learn how to effectively strengthen the abs and low back, tone the upper and lower body, and achieve a deeper flexibility level. It is recommended to have at least 1 session of Yoga Light before joining this yoga workout.

Yoga Tone (Fall)

For Ages: 16 years & up

The ultimate Yoga experience for someone who is looking for a more strength based yoga class. Use weights, and more strength-based poses for a Yoga experience different from traditional Yoga. Tone, firm and lengthen your muscles while still practicing yoga poses and techniques. Classes may include stability balls and/or bands. Taught at an intermediate to advanced pace.
