Basketball is a game you can play even when you’re long past your high school glory days. Gather up a team for this adult league, which plays for 8 weeks and concludes with a season-ending tournament. Cash prize for the winner; two twenty-minute halves.

The Adult CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of emergencies such as breathing and cardiac emergencies for victims about 12 years and older.

Candlelit Yoga (Fall)

For Ages: 14 years and up

Give yourself the gift of relaxation this holiday season in a lovely setting at the lodge in Citizens Park. Enjoy 60-minutes of blissful poses and guided mediation, as your mind & body unwind. Find new energy through breath-work and deep stretches guaranteed to give you a more restful night’s sleep, ready to calmly take on the week ahead. Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels.

Gentle Yoga (Fall)

For Ages: 16 years and up

Whether you are new to yoga or want a class that focuses on flexibility, strength and stress-release at a more relaxed pace, this class is for you! You will learn basic Hatha yoga postures while concentrating on proper body alignment, stretching, mindful breathing and balance. Tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you gain mind/body awareness, increase stamina and restore your sense of well-being.

Puppy/Dog Obedience & Training (Fall)

For Ages: 10 years and up

These classes emphasize a positive approach to behavior modification at home as well as in the show ring. The instructor only uses the most compassionate and motivational methods of training. Your dog will learn only by positive and gentle reinforcement.

Trivia Night

For Ages: 50 years and up

Do you like to challenge your mind or test your ability to think quickly? This is the night for you! Come as a team, with a partner or solo. We will have tables of 8 set up for this night. If you would like to reserve your own table for the event then let us know when you sign-up. If you don’t care, no problem. We can put teams together. We will have prizes for the winning team of the night. Each question answered by the group receives points. At the end of the night, the group with the most points receives a prize.

The ultimate Yoga experience for someone who is looking for a more strength based yoga class. Use weights, and more strength-based poses for a Yoga experience different from traditional Yoga. Tone, firm and lengthen your muscles while still practicing yoga poses and techniques.
