Gentle Yoga    Beginner

Whether you are new to yoga, or want a class that focuses on flexibility, strength and stress-release at a more relaxed pace, this class is for you! You will learn basic Hatha yoga postures while concentrating on proper body alignment, stretching, mindful breathing and balance. Tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you gain mind/body awareness, increase stamina and restore your sense of well-being. All levels are welcome, including those with limitations due to pain or mobility. Instructors will help you participate at a level that is comfortable for you.

 

Yoga Tone –  Intermediate

This ultimate yoga experience is for someone who is looking for a more strength-based yoga class. Use weights and more strength-based poses for a yoga experience different from traditional yoga.
Tone, firm and lengthen your muscles while still practicing yoga
poses and techniques. Classes may include stability balls and/or bands. Taught at an intermediate to advanced pace.

 

Totally Tone

Get totally toned with this weight training class using dumbbells, stability balls, resistance tubes and/or boards for the ultimate toning experience. Totally Tone is not pre-choreographed and gives your workout a “change” factor, working every major muscle group in each session. This workout is great for all levels, as you can adjust weights throughout class to match your fitness level.


Cardio Strength – Well-Suited for Beginners

An interval training class with the best of both worlds for cardio and strength! Each class will alternate between basic cardio using step board or floor combinations, and weight training combinations. Interval training is the best and fastest way for your body to burn fat! Great workout for runners or cyclists to cross-train without too much intensity.

SOULfusion™ is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and bodyweight and weighted strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. Tai Chi –  Intro to Qi Gong and Tai Chi

The place to start the art of Tai Chi is right here! This gentle form of exercise can help with your balance and bring relaxation into your busy life. You will learn basic Qi Gong and a basic Tai Chi form known as Sun 41.

 

 

Tai Chi –  Continued Development

Improve your balance and reduce stress while strengthening the joints and muscles. Qi Gong 22 method and Yang 24 will be taught. This is a more active, universal style of Tai Chi but uses gentle flowing movement.
