POUND® Outdoor Class

Zumba® Outdoor Class

TurboKick Outdoor Class

An addictive Cardio Kickboxing workout using choreographed kicks and punches while incorporating dance, sport conditioning and boxing drills. Burn up to 1,000 calories a workout! Totally Tone Outdoor Class

Get totally toned with this weight training workout using dumbbells, stability balls, resistance tubes and/or boards for the ultimate toning experience. This workout is not pre-choreographed and gives your workouts a “change” factor. You will work every major muscle group in each workout. This workout is great for all levels, as you can adjust weights throughout class to fit your fitness level. Workout will be held outdoors during Illinois Phase 3. Cardio Strength Outdoor Class

An interval training class with the best of both worlds for cardio and strength! Each class will alternate between basic cardio and weight training combinations. Interval training is the best and fastest way for your body to burn fat! Great workout for runners or cyclists to cross-train without too much intensity. ConditionU Outdoor Class

This intense workout will condition all major muscle groups and your cardiovascular endurance by using higher intensity and more advanced movement options. The workout uses interval training to keep your body guessing and is set to an intermediate to advanced pace. Workout will be held outdoors during Illinois Phase 3. Yoga Outdoor Class

Reduce stress and wake up your senses! Through basic yoga postures, you will improve balance, flexibility and strength. This class stresses proper body alignment and body awareness.
