Passport punch cards provides you access to our very popular fitness classes. Mix & Match to get classes that work for your lifestyle! Passport classes listed can be mixed and matched.
Passport Classes are FREE for Premium Members.
Passport classes run continuously per season. Classes will be canceled if the minimum is not met within the first 4 weeks of the season. All punch cards expire 3 months from date of purchase. Fitness Passport Punch Card does NOT include Jazzercise, Yoga, In-Trinity® or Team and Small Group Training classes.

Zumba® & Zumba Toning – All Levels
“Ditch the workout, Join the PARTY!” Zumba fuses dance and exercise using hypnotic Latin rhythms mixed with reggaeton, cumbia, salsa and merengue moves! Dance your way to a fitter you. Zumba Toning adds lightweight toning sticks for a great toning workout!
An addictive Cardio Kickboxing workout using choreographed kicks and punches while incorporating dance, sport conditioning and boxing drills. Burn up to 1,000 calories a workout! Box your way through a fun workout for any level!
Strength & Toning Series
FLEX IT: Barbells – Signature Class
Looking for a weight training workout? This workout is carefully choreographed to music to not only motivate you to lift weights, but to get major results. Target all major muscle groups and concentrate on muscular endurance training, strength training, along with off-set training and much more! You will never get bored in this workout! Great for both males and females of ANY level!
Get totally toned with this weight training workout using dumbbells, stability balls, resistance tubes and/or boards for the ultimate toning experience. This workout is not pre-choreographed and gives your workouts a “change” factor. You will work every major muscle group in each workout. This workout is great for all levels, as your can adjust weights throughout class to fit your fitness level.
An interval training class with the best of both worlds for cardio and strength! Each class will alternate between basic cardio using step board or floor combinations and weight training combinations. Interval training is the best and fastest way for your body to burn fat! Great workout for runners or cyclists to cross-train without too much intensity.
This intense workout will condition all major muscle groups and your cardiovascular endurance by using higher intensity and more advanced movement options. The workout uses interval training to keep your body guessing and is set to an intermediate to advanced pace.
Mind & Body
Reduce stress and wake up your senses! Through basic yoga postures, you will improve balance, flexibility and strength. This class stresses proper body alignment and body awareness. Class taught at beginner pace, but all levels are welcome! Classes on Sunday mornings.
Using a system of controlled exercises, you will engage your mind to condition the whole body. Blend core, strength and flexibility to create long lean muscles while reducing stress and improving posture.
Fit Lite Series
Fit Lite – Low-Impact Training Exercise
Get Fit using basic, simple exercises that focus on balance, core and flexibility. Concentrate on your range of motion and strength while using a variety of equipment. This class is well suited for active aging, extreme beginners or anyone looking for a lite workout.
Fit n’ Stretch
This class blends Yoga/Pilates/Strength/Stabilization/Toning and Flexibility using stability balls, tubes, weights and more. You’ll increase strength and flexibility. Designed to build long, lean muscles, this type of functional fitness is beneficial in fighting the aging process as it strengthens your body to make everyday activities easier and safer.
