This dance fitness class alternates low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style workout in the form of a calorie-burning dance fitness party, using Latin and World rhythms (salsa, merengue, regaetton, cumbia, Bollywood, samba, tango, African, flamenco and more). Buns ‘n Guns
This musically driven, non-choreographed class focuses on movements that target and strengthen your entire body, with a bit of cardio throughout to keep your heart rate up and challenge your aerobic capacity. Burn calories and build muscle tone and strength using a variety of equipment, including weights, bands, step platforms and stability balls. Instructor: Kristy.

Cycle ‘n Strength
This class is the best of both worlds! Enjoy 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of strength training. Get both your cardio and your strength in one 60 minutes workout! A great option for those looking for a non-choreographed class. Instructor: Amy.
Power Half Hour
This class is a great option if you’re short on time and want a quick work out! Burn calories and build muscle tone and strength with compound movements using weights, bands, step platforms and stability balls. Instructor: Kristy.
Looking for a weight training workout? This workout uses mainly barbells to get major results. Target all major muscle groups and concentrate on muscular endurance training, strength training, along with off-set training! Great for anyone at ANY level! Instructor(s): Jo or Laura.
Get totally toned with this weight training class using dumbbells, stability balls, resistance tubes and/or boards for the ultimate toning experience. Totally Tone is not pre-choreographed and gives your workout a “change” factor, working every major muscle group in each session. Cardio Strength (Beginners to Intermediate)
An interval training class with the best of both worlds for cardio and strength! Each class will alternate between cardio, using basic step board or floor combinations, and weight training combinations. Fit ‘n Stretch
This class blends Yoga, Pilates, strength, stabilization, toning and flexibility using stability balls, tubes, weights and more. Designed to build long, lean muscles, this type of functional fitness is beneficial in fighting the aging process as it strengthens your body and increases flexibility to make everyday activities easier and safer. MIND & BODY CLASSES
Tai Chi – Intro to Qi Gong and Tai Chi
The place to start the art of Tai Chi is right here! This gentle form of exercise can help with your balance and bring relaxation into your busy life. You will learn basic Qi Gong and a basic Tai Chi form known as Sun 41. Instructor: Patti.
Tai Chi – Continued Development
Improve your balance and reduce stress while strengthening the joints and muscles. Qi Gong 22 method and Yang 24 will be taught. This is a more active, universal style of Tai Chi, but uses gentle flowing movement. Instructor: Patti.
Using dance-inspired moves and light weights, this class will increase your strength and improve your balance and stability while building long, lean and toned muscles. Instructor: Glenna.
Everything you love about Barre, plus more, in a 45-minute class! In addition to using light weights and practicing at the barre, you will explore Pilates and yoga using, Pilates balls, rings and bodyweight. Instructor: Taylor.
Spice up your cardio workout with a classic step aerobics class! Using an adjustable step platform, this high-energy class helps increase endurance and body toning. Step up and down, over and around, to the sound of your favorite beats in this fast-paced session. 45 minutes of step are followed by 15 minutes of targeted core work at the end. Instructor: Laura.
Gentle Yoga (Beginner)
Whether you are new to yoga, or want a class that focuses on flexibility, strength and stress-release at a more relaxed pace, this class is for you! You will learn basic Hatha yoga postures while concentrating on proper body alignment, stretching, mindful breathing and balance. Tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles as you gain mind/body awareness, increase stamina, and restore your sense of well-being. Yoga 2 (Intermediate)
This ultimate yoga experience is for someone who is looking for a more strength-based yoga class. Tone, firm and lengthen your muscles while practicing traditional yoga poses and techniques at an intermediate pace. Instructor(s): Kiersten or Stephanie.
Reduce stress and wake up your senses! Through basic yoga postures, you will improve balance, flexibility and strength. This class stresses proper body alignment and body awareness.
