Train like a fighter! This explosive aqua combat workout will have you striking and kicking like an MMA Pro. Gain muscular strength, endurance and coordination through water resistance training and choreographed mixed martial arts inspired movements. For safety reasons, patrons must clear the pool deck when class is over.
If class is cancelled due to weather, makeup class will be offered on Friday. If cancelled classes affect both Aqua Combat and Power Splash classes that week, Friday’s makeup class will be Power Splash.
