Come join us for a morning filled with yoga, mindfulness and meditation! The Park’s Preschool Teacher and certified Yoga Instructor, Ms. Emily, will give your child an introduction to yoga in a fun and positive atmosphere. Each day will include play-based themed stations, an interactive circle time with music and movement, a craft, a yoga themed story and mini yoga sessions. Weather permitting we will go outside to practice our skills. All activities will be new and different from previous one-day yoga camps. Each day of camp will introduce new yoga practices and activities. The Barrington Park District will provide yoga mats or you can bring one from home. Please send your child in comfortable clothing that they can easily move around in (no dresses or skirts please), a nut-free snack and a water bottle with their name on it.

Registration for this program/event begins at 9:00am on 4/4 for residents and 4/11 for non-residents.
