Training is a great way to build relationships between kids and dogs. Children will learn how to communicate clearly with the family dog, and the dog learns to respond to cues from kids, not just adults. Semi-private dog obedience allows for more time to focus on issues, obedience and concerns you may have. This class emphasizes a positive approach to behavior modification at home as well as in the show ring. The instructor only uses the most compassionate and motivational methods of training. Your dog will learn by only positive and gentle reinforcement. Paper copy of age-appropriate vaccinations must be handed to instructor on first day of class. Please bring a toy, ball and blanket to class. Trainers must be at least 8 years of age on the first day of class. Parents must be present during the course.
