Led by Glenna, Certified PhysicalMind and Fitness Arts Mat Pilates Instructor, this class is perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice. Each 60-minute class will guide you through foundational Pilates exercises like the Hundred, Roll-Up, and Single-Leg Stretch, with an emphasis on breathing, control and proper form.
