Created by a U.S. Navy SEAL, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

TRX™ Fundamentals (TRX™ stands for Total Resistance Exercises) is a class designed to introduce participants to Suspension Training fitness. Led by a BPD Certified Personal Trainer, this class teaches the basics of Suspension Training for total body resistance. TRX™ is a great option for anyone, from athletes to seniors, who want to improve their overall fitness without the need for machines, barbells, dumbbells or other implements.

TRX™ Fundamentals will cover the basics of the suspension trainer using the seven TRX™ foundational movement patterns: squat, pull, hinge, push, lunge, rotate and plank.
