Children today love playing Minecraft. Imagine if children learn Civil Engineering while they are in a Minecraft world. Chasewood has developed a brand new curriculum that teaches engineering concepts and children apply them in a Minecraft environment. Imagine learning about bridges and making the Tower of London bridge, or a town with stores, libraries, schools and more. We inspire future engineers using Minecraft! As a bonus, all students will be part of the Chasewood Minecraft Club with all members participating in challenges and innovation discussions weekly.  Requirement: All students need to have a Minecraft.net Java Edition license. You can borrow a license if needed.

Using a creative educational approach that supports Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.), these programs are led by Chasewood Learning’s teacher-led instruction followed by fun, engaging and dynamic activities.

Registrations for this program/event begins August 4 at 7:00am for residents and August 11 at 7:00am for non-residents.
