10 Stretches for Better Mobility

Ages 40 and up
Simple but active class with 10 stretches and explanations on what muscles are stretched and what the stretch will help. Come and release tension in commonly achy, hard to move places. Learn how to take these stretches and apply to your daily life. Instructor: Amy Owens.
