Set against the backdrop of the Chicago Cubs 2016 championship season, this heartwarming story chronicles the life of a north side family whose lives for generations have been intrinsically linked to the Cubbies. You don’t want to miss this musical 108 years in the making! Prior to the performance, lunch will be at the famous Café ba ba Reeba for a Tapas meal

Come with us to tour the Jelly Belly Factory where you will learn how the jelly beans are made, the history of Jelly Belly along with a good sampling of beans. Then, we travel to Apple Holler for lunch, apple picking and shopping. Lunch will be either a chicken or turkey dinner with all the fixings. It will include a drink of soda or tea and of course their famous apple pie with ice cream. After lunch, go apple picking to receive a ¼ bunch of apples and then cruise their shops. Our last stop will be the Mars Cheese House. Come hungry because there is so much to explore and eat!

We will head over to Shipshewana for a memorable experience visiting the heart of Amish Country. Our escorted tour offers personal details of growing up in such a unique area. The tour begins with 15-minute Amish Buggy ride in downtown Shipshewana. Following the ride, we will visit a buggy shop where we will learn how they make the buggies and the differences between them. We will then stop at a popcorn farm/stand to learn about the farm and get a taste of their very own popcorn. We will also visit the Amish Bakery for shopping
and free samples of their famous donuts. If time allows, we will stop at an authentic Amish furniture store. Our final stop will be at an Amish home where they will prepare a traditional thresher meal for us.
